Good and bad of the interpersonal relationship is the contemporary university students’ psychological health level and social adaptation ability the centralized embodiment. Good interpersonal relationship can improve students’ learning efficiency and obtain more knowledge, and improve the level of psychological health of college students. Physical exercise to its unique characteristics, can provide a broad college students platform, the school shall use this platform to effectively promote the college students’ good interpersonal relationship the formation and development.This paper studies the quantity, the object of study, the research methods and research level and the principle of sports intervention, the author for college students, and interpersonal relationship status and physical exercise on the college students’ interpersonal influence research results and summarizes. Based on this, the paper discusses the field of the insufficiency in research, and put forward the corresponding proposal.In this study the relationship between the variables as the foundation, according to the logic analysis way to deal with the physical exercise to improve college students in interpersonal troubling intermediary function hypothesis model proposes a model.
