How to adjust interpersonal relationship, lessen pressure, keep a good mental health,carry on a physical and mental health by taking exercise is take much more concernedby the education field of psychology, sports psychology and the psychology research.Based on the existing research, this study adopts the methodology of questionnaire,meanwhile forecasts464college students’ bad mood, pressure under conditions andthe status of the interpersonal relationship among the universities of Yunnan, uses Ttest, correlation analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis and other statisticalmethods to discusses the physical exercise in colleges and universities in Yunnanprovince and at the same time analyze interpersonal relationship, the relationshipbetween pressure and physical exercise, and the effects on mental health. The resultsshow that:1. There is gender difference among the university students’ interpersonal relationship.In colleges and universities, male and female college students are faced withrelationship problems, the treatment of female college students is weak, one’s singleidea can’t l solve the problem very well, then they will bothered by it for a long time.2. There is no difference between interpersonal relationship status and mental healthon the grade factor of college students. However, there are significant differences inthe ability of pressure resistant.The university students in grade two and three aresignificantly stronger than the students in grade one, so high grade students have astronger ability than low grade students when under the pressure. with the gradegrowth, the influence of pressure increase gradually, which affected by many aspectsof life, such as study, emotion, work and so on. So, It is deteriorating to promoteuniversity students’ physical and mental health.3. The difference of intensities, time, frequency and amount of exercise will cause thedifferences of mental health, interpersonal situation and pressure resistance. So fromthis fact, in different state of collage, choose of the type of sports will also change toeliminate their bad mood and get a positive role in promoting, such as time and sports.4. Physical exercise has a significant correlation between interpersonal relations, stress and mental health. Physical exercise has a good performance for adjusting badmood, pressure the tension of relationship, which provide a good solution to physicaland mental health.5, through regression analysis we can see, physical exercise, stress and mental healthstatus are significantly positive correlated. It illustrate that college students have morebad mood and pressure which can increase the volume of activity to relieve physicaland mental problems and improve the psychological resistance.Based on the fact, this study suggests that college students when faced with differentpsychological problems are tend to choose different physical exercises to alleviatetheir own problems, adjust their attitude of life, and make themselves adapted to theouter environment better.By means of correlated physical exercise, mental health, relationships, and stress toanalyzes the relationship among them, and make up the existing problems, which canhelp prevent college students’ bad feelings relationship and the pressure brought byothers such as negative emotions caused by physical and mental problems, and at thesame time it can provide a long prevention to college students mental health.
