| The construction of campus culture directly influences the healthy growth of the university students. The reason is that the campus culture has the function of moral education. Exploring and developing the university campus culture can make the moral education more vivid.After the reading of a lot of related books and papers, the author found that the previous researches on the realization of the function of the moral standard of the campus culture mainly focus on the status and problems. Moreover, the emphasis of the researches on the optimization of the function of the campus culture is the practical strategies. All of these can not meet the need of the realization and optimization of the function of the moral standard of the campus culture. Deeper researches are needed. Therefore, in this paper, the function of moral education of the campus culture is introduced and analyzed, and the major factors which influence the realization of the function are summarized. Based on these, the strategies which can effectively help realize the function of the moral education of the campus culture are put forward.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction of the function of the moral education of the campus culture. The concepts of the culture, campus culture and the moral education are introduced at first. The author believed that the college campus culture involves the material and spiritual achievements of the students and faculties through their cooperation in different fields such as the education, scientific research and management. It has the students and the faculties as the subject. It is oriented with the mainstream education. It is with the assistance of the management. It is for building healthy personality of the students. In addition, the author believes that the real moral education does not only include the moral education in the narrow sense but also include the political, ideological and legal education. Based on these, the function of the moral education of the campus culture is introduced and analyzed. It serves to make the students and faculties recognize the morality, regulate their recognition and behavior and cultivate their consciousness of the morality.The second part is about the factors which affect the realization of the function of the moral education of the campus culture. In nowadays, the realization of the function is affected by many factors. They can be divided into two categories. The first category is the defects in the campus culture, including the closeness of the campus culture, the imbalance between the material input and the spiritual input, the discordance between the management and the orientation, the poor quality of the extra-curricular activity and the imbalance between the development of the internet technique and the development of the construction of the student political work team. The second category is the adverse factors from the society, such as the adverse factors resulted from the market economy, cultural diversity and modern information technology.The third part is the discussion on the optimization of the function of the moral education of the campus culture. For better realization of the function of the moral education of the campus culture, three principles need to be adopted. The first principle is to stress on the cultivation of the liberty spirit, scientific spirit, humanistic spirit, innovative spirit and national spirit. The second principle is to combine the moral education with various school activities and create harmonious campus. The third principle is to use the campus network as a way to do the moral education through constructing the campus network and the network team for moral education and organize the online activities for moral education. Under the guideline of the three principles, the function of the moral education of the campus culture can be realized in a more effective and scientific way.Therefore, only for students in the campus culture this vibrant and exciting atmosphere, feel the charm of moral education, can really create the international first-class university. |
