Today’s world teachers’ education is one of the main trend in the practice of theorientation of education for teachers. Combining theory with practice is the necessity of thedevelopment of teachers’ professional. Teachers master and use the important link of theprofessional knowledge. Therefore, the teacher education research orientation of the world getsattention.At present our country’s teacher training there exists many problems, the heavy theory,light practice, heavy teaching, the phenomenon of light reflection creditors. The teacher trainingway more centralized study for a short period, curriculum setting of the theory of knowledge is forlearning, neglect the actual teaching ability, cause training the effect not beautiful, teachers’participation in the enthusiasm is not high, the professional development of teachers in Chinacaused by the influence of the not allow to ignore. Japan’s main in-service teachers at the end oflast century on, gradually to practice orientation and has become increasingly perfect, for theimprovement of the quality of local teachers provide dedicated power. The experience andachievements worth our teacher training study and using reference.The Japanese in-service teachers are forth the practice orientation as the object, the useof documentary research, historical analysis and comparative research to collect the information ina comprehensive and detailed analysis, and on this basis that some enlightenment.
