Research On Training Patterns Of Applied Talents In Independent Colleges

Higher education is not only the stages for training research scholars andscientists but also the place for training applied talents to meet the broader needs ofsociety and all walks of life because of its popularization. Finding the way to trainapplied talents with knowledge, skill and professional quality is the challenge forhigher education and primary task for Independent Colleges as the vector forundertaking the higher education transformation from elite education to masseducation.This article sets the objective of personnel training for Independent Collegesbased on the competence quality model as the theoretical foundation and guidingprinciples and builds the “3+1+N” training patterns of applied talent of IndependentColleges. The article also proposes the solution to implement the pattern through theinvestigation into the status of the independent Institute of applied talents andsummary of the problem.The new training pattern of applied talents gives a way for Independent Collegesto competing in the fierce competition and gaining the recognition of students andsociety without losing its own advantages and characteristic. It imports for innovatingeducational philosophy, improving the standard, achieving the training goal andpromoting fast and sustainable development of the college.
