As a special product of the late 1990 s,the independent colleges have made great contributions to the development of China's higher education.Some problems in the development of independent colleges have seriously affected the healthy development of independent colleges.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of China 's real economy,especially the implementation of major national strategies such as innovation-driven development,Made in China 2025,and the “Belt and Road”,Jiangxi Province,as an inland region,has ushered in new economic development.Opportunity,At present,the marketing majors of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province generally focus on the cultivation of marketing theory knowledge,neglecting the cultivation of application ability,which leads to a certain degree of disconnection between talent cultivation and industry needs,which cannot meet the needs of society.An important way to solve this problem is to shift the training objective of independent colleges for application-oriented talents to that of undergraduate vocational education.To this end,the State Council issued and implemented the "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education"([2014 ] 19)and a series of policy documents,It affirmed the necessity and importance of independent colleges' transformation to undergraduate vocational education talent training,and pointed out the direction for independent colleges to take a healthy development path,that is,encourage them to turn to undergraduate vocational education and cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.As a veteran,popular and key major of the independent college,the major of marketing has a strong practical subject characteristic which determines the relatively strong application-oriented characteristics of the major and the universality of the major's shift to undergraduate vocational education.And antecedent.Based on the above background,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out research on the cultivation of applied talents in marketing specialty of Jiangxi Independent College.At present,the domestic academic community is relatively scarce in research on the application of professional talent training in marketing in independent colleges based on the background of undergraduate vocational education.This article takes the marketing major of Changjiang College(hereinafter referred to as Changjiang College)as a case study to explore the necessity and possibility of transforming independent colleges into undergraduate vocational education.It is because of the 13 independent colleges in Jiangxi Province,the scale of the Chang Jiang College and the ranking of marketing majors are high,and they are representative.investigates the current status and existing problems of talent training in the marketing major of the Changjiang College through questionnaires and interviews.In-depth analysis of the causes of these problems and exploration of corresponding improvement countermeasures,with the hope that this case study can provide valuable reference suggestions for the cultivation of marketing-oriented applied talents in the Chang Jiang college and other independent colleges in Jiangxi Province,and can further improve the quality of marketing personnel Improved slightly.This research mainly includes the following parts:The opening part is the introduction,which contains the background and current research status.status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and research innovations.The second part is the definition of the related concepts and the theoretical basis.The third part is a survey of the current situation of marketing talent training at Donghua University of Technology and Changjiang University.Use questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other research methods to conduct survey and analysis from students,teachers and responsible persons of related enterprises.The fourth part is the current situation and existing problems of marketing talent training in Changjiang College,East China University of Technology.The fifth part is the basic countermeasures to promote the marketing professional training of Jiangxi Independent College.The conclusion summarizes the main content of this research,reflects on the deficiencies of this research,and makes a prospect for future research.
