| China's higher education has entered the late stage of popularization and is moving toward the popularization of higher education.As a new model of running a school under the background of the popularization of higher education,independent colleges often focus on the expansion of scale in the development process,which leads to a serious disconnect between talent cultivation and social needs.Compared with the era of elite education,the devaluation of academic diplomas and social recognition have fallen sharply.Graduates of independent colleges have fallen into the dilemma of unsatisfactory employment.As China accelerates the upgrading and adjustment of its industrial structure,the number of high-skilled and knowledge-based application posts has gradually increased.The depressed employment rate of college graduates is in sharp contrast to the huge gap in high-level applied talents on the market.This contradiction between the cultivation of talents and the structural employment of market demand not only highlights the problems existing in the cultivation of higher education personnel,but also provides a good opportunity for the implementation of the "dual-certificate integration" talent training model for independent colleges in China.This article is mainly composed of five major parts.The first chapter introduces the background significance of this research,the research status at home and abroad,research methods,possible innovations and research insufficiency.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and basic theoretical analysis,which mainly includes the definition of the core concepts such as independent colleges,talents training mode,the"double certificate integration" talent training model,and the introduction to the basic theory of higher education popularization and other related theories.The third chapter of empirical research first introduced the development of independent colleges in China.Through literature research,it analyzed the current situation and insufficiency of talent training in independent colleges in China,and used questionnaires and interviews to investigate and study an independent college in Jiangsu Province.A deeper understanding of outstanding issues in the talent training model for independent colleges.The fourth chapter compares the research,analyzes the characteristics,results and experiences of the applied colleges and universities in three developed countries in Germany,the United States,and Australia,and provides reference for the establishment of independent colleges.The construction of the fifth chapter of the training mode is to explore the construction of the talent training mode in independent colleges under the background of popularization of higher education.By referring to the successful experiences of developed countries and based on the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of talents in independent colleges in China,we propose the establishment of a "two-individual integration" talent training model for independent colleges,which includes specifying high-level applied talents training goals,improving the process of talent cultivation,and improving personnel training.The evaluation system,as well as the establishment of a national qualification framework system and a sound internal teacher and personnel system in the independent college,ensure the implementation of the "dual certificate integration"talent cultivation model. |
