The Study On Current Training Model Of Applied Talents Of Logistics In Higher Vocational Colleges

Along with the network popularization,the development of modern network shopping,TV shopping and mobile phone convenient shopping,logistics industry has thoroughly remould oneself from the past transportation company,and become a new hot industry.The demand for professionals logistics is increasing,and tends to be highly specialized.With the rapid development of logistics industry,the contradiction between supply and demand of logistics talents becomes increasingly prominent.As an important place for the training of technical talents,higher vocational colleges are of great significance to the training of logistics talents.Therefore,it is necessary for vocational colleges to research deeply on the professional training mode of application-oriented talents,in order to improve the adjustment now vocational colleges teaching and curriculum,to logistics transportation need talent in today's rapid development.Based on the teaching practice,this paper summarizes the research status of logistics industry at home and abroad,and draws on the experience of developed countries.Top-ranking vocational and technical colleges are selected as the example to investigate curricula construction,allocation of teaching staff,planning and construction of experimental and training bases,university-enterprise cooperation and other aspects of application-oriented logistics talent training modes.This paper analyzes the quality of modern logistics talents through the research on the recruitment of logistics major graduates by advanced logistics enterprises,the job satisfaction of these graduates,and the training quality of logistics talents.This paper finds out some problems,supply and demand contradictions and their causes in the present situation of modern logistics application-oriented personnel training in higher vocational colleges.Finally,the paper puts forward some feasible Suggestions to solve the existing problems from three aspects:government,vocational colleges and enterprises.This paper,in the course of the study,used some methods such as literature review,comparative research,investigation,statistics analysis.The research can provide some references for the training model of applied talents training in logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges.
