| According to the needs of the current building an innovative country and the requirements of National Education Program for the Development, in order to cultivate of highly qualified talents with creative spirit and practical ability, the culture of Students’practical ability and creative ability of Zhongyuan University of Technology(ZZTI) are studied, take the practice and innovation activities as research object to provide theoretical support to further strengthening the quality of education, and to enhance the practical and creative abilities of college students.The research background and significance are introduced first, so that we can clearly recognized that strengthen students’ practical and creative ability is necessory and urgency.
