The Analysis On The Practice Environment Of Cultivating College Students’ Innovative Ability

In the current international arena, the Chinese comprehensive strength and theinternational status are rising continually, which is closely related with talented peopleproduced by each generation. College students as the major reserve forces of thesocial talent play a self-evident role in the national construction. But the creativity ofcollege students is the critical factor that it is related to whether the area and countrycan be innovative.It is used as the title in the article that the analysis of the practical environmentfor the college students’ innovative ability. First, the research background isintroduced, which describes that it’s crucial in today’s social competition that theresearch of the practical environment for college students’ innovative ability. Second,the article starts from the introduction and the development of the concept ofinnovative ability and innovative theory, which defines the meaning of collegestudents’ innovative ability and explores the meaning of the practical environment.And the status and the causes of innovative ability of today’s college students in ourcountry are analyzed based on educational theory, which points out that collegestudents’ innovative ability is the insights on new things and the ability of solve newthings developing gradually through developing and enhancing their own ability onthe basis of learning the theoretical knowledge. What’s more, the practicalenvironment of college students’ innovative ability is analyzed from the two factorsthat outside campus and inside campus. Outside campus practical environmentconsists of political factor, economic factor, cultural factor and technology factor andinside campus practical environment consists of physical environment and cultureenvironment. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis on the practical environmentof college students’ innovative ability, it’s proposed that a series of targetedrecommendation measures to promote the improvement of the practical environmentand to protect the continuous improvement of students’innovative ability.
