With the sustained development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the consumption level, people no longer avoid or inhibit consumption as before, and thus the consumerism thoughts have spread in the community, especially in the college students. At the same time, the structure of consumption and the consumers’attitudes has also undergone profound changes, which is indexed by the annual decrease of the survival proportion and the annual increase of the education & leisure proportion. Cultural consumption in daily life is more and more important. As a special consumer groups, college students who are in the critical stage of studying knowledge, receiving education and reserving energy show a great passion for the knowledge-based, spiritual and cultural consumption. As a result, the college students’cultural consumption has increasingly become a concern of the universities and the society.We start this thesis with the content and features of the college students’cultural consumption and a questionnaire, firstly define the core concepts of cultural consumption, etc. by the literature methods, and then analysis the characteristics and the problems of college students’cultural consumption. Based on the above analysis, we propose appropriate countermeasures to enhance the education of students’value orientation, the influence of the campus culture on students’cultural consumption and the guidance of students’network cultural consumption. It is the correct education in the consumer behavior of college students that has important practical significance to the ideological and political education.
