| The technological revolution and industrial transformation have been profoundly affecting the personnel training of vocational education.In the new era,the personnel training methods of vocational education,the working environment and the reform of the educational environment need to be optimized.In the process of vocational education development,more and more countries have begun to realize that education is a systematic project that requires the collaboration of multiple forces.As an emerging type of undergraduate vocational institution in Japan,the professional university provides a systematic and consultative development rationale for the economic and social development of Japan and the cultivation of talents in the era of Industry 5.0.The talent training model,as the central part of the school education activities,is an important grip for the vocational universities to improve the quality of education.Based on this,the study takes the talent training model of Japanese professional universities as the study perspective,and based on the synergy theory perspective,deconstructs the various subjects and components involved in the formation and development of the talent training model of Japanese professional universities through qualitative research methods,grasps the correlation and coupling among them,and condenses their characteristics to explore the optimal development for the talent cultivation of undergraduate vocational institutions in China.This study selects the Japanese professional universities as the main research objects,takes the synergy theory as the theoretical basis,and the four system sequential parameters of target,implementation,curriculum,and evaluation are used as the analysis dimensions,the educational objectives,curriculum management,teaching management,and quality guarantee as the main research contents.The study found that the development of the talent training model of Japanese professional universities is the result of a synergistic linkage with its own values and external needs,and reflects the positive effect of the synergy among subjects such as government,enterprises and universities,as well as the theoretical logic that synergy produces order.The government’s logic of coordinating and coordinating resources,the enterprise’s logic of enhancing productivity and creativity,and the management logic of talent training at professional universities together constitute the multiple dynamics in the development of professional universities in Japan.Another aspect,from the viewpoint of the specific contents of the talent training model,the talent training model of Japanese specialized vocational universities is characterized by the following features: gather consensus from multiple parties to establish the concept of comprehensive talent cultivation;standardize organization construction to build an integrated organization structure for education;coordinate resources from all parties to establish a flexible and variable joint cultivation method;strengthen coordination and linkage to form a systematic and complete joint guarantee system.Based on this,combined with our realities,it is hoped that the influence of time parameter can be paid attention to in the talent cultivation mode of China’s undergraduate higher vocational institutions,and the undergraduate vocational university can establish a holistic concept and clarify the goal of talent cultivation;use system thinking to build a talent training system;play the role of society to form a diversified cooperation pattern;practice collaborative education and establish a multi-party guarantee system. |
