The construction and application level of University’s education information hasbecome an important measurement of University’s teaching and research overallcapability. Establishing an indicator system of University’s Informative education canscientifically and objectively evaluate the level of University’s Informative education.What’s more, it could correctly guide the healthy and continuous development of allUniversities’ education information technology, which has very important significance.In this paper, the existing research situation of domestic and foreign Universities’education information was detailed introduced. Currently, there is no internationaluniform evaluation measurement for education information. The existing evaluationcriteria have lots of differences, which introducing the subject of this paper that thescientific and rational evaluation of education information has become an importantresearch topic for University’s education informationization researchers.The main work in this paper is as follows:Firstly, this paper conducted a survey on the status of University’s Informativeeducation, based on which the universities’ development statuses were analyzed. Thenthe achievements and existing problems of universities during the process of educationinformationization. Secondly, this paper established the evaluation index systemreferred to the published documents including “National information technology indexsystem” and “China Enterprise informatization indexes”. Meanwhile, considering theparticularity of education industry, the final evaluation index system was establishedthrough a continuously modify.Thirdly, this paper analyzed and compared severalmethods, and ultimately chose the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of evaluation. Fourthly, this paper chose the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to build a fuzzy model, and given a comprehensive evaluation ofUniversities’ education informationization.Finally, an instance of the subject wasprovided. This paper selected four universities as the benchmark and utilized the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to evaluate their educational informatization level.Then the evaluation results were analyzed and the actual situation of the fouruniversities was collected, which provided an effective argumentation on the educationinformatization evaluation system constructed in this paper.From the final evaluation results, the universities’ education informatizationevaluation system built in this paper is scientific, rational and with a strong operability.And the evaluation system can reflect the whole universities’ education informatizationprocess and content. This paper reflected the real level of education informatizationdevelopment through establishing a rational evaluation system and chose an effectiveevaluation method. As a result, this paper is of important theoretical and practicalsignificance.
