| This research, in view of the graduate students’such psychological phenomena like anxiety, nervousness, analyzed Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate students’employment anxiety situation when facing the employment, at the breakthrough point of achievement motivation and career decision-making self efficacy discussed the relation between the graduate students’employment anxiety, achievement motivation and career decision-making self efficacy and provided the theory support for Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate students career guidance and psychological counseling.This article uses employment anxiety questionnaire by Zhang Yuzhu, achievement motivation by Ye Renmin and Chinese university students’career decision-making self-efficacy questionnaire, executing testing on the 315 graduates of grade one, grade two and grade three’from the Shenyang Sports University. Through social sciences statistics software SPSS 15.0 for Windows, researched the relation between the graduate students’employment anxiety, achievement motivation and career decision-making self efficacy and got conclusions as follows:1.Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate students have the employment anxiety condition of certain extent. Different anxiety condition exists between sex differences. Male is more than female. Anxiety condition differs from the home location, age, profession and grades.2.Overall speaking, Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate student’s career decision-making self efficacy is in the high level. No obvious difference between sex, home location, age and profession, but differing much between different grades.3.Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate students’achievement motivation is ideal, higher success motivation than failure avoidance motivation, no obvious difference between sex, home location, age and profession.4.Between the Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate students’total score on the employment anxiety, the total score on career decision-making self-efficacy and each dimension, moreover, the achievement motivation and each dimension, there existing correlation. And career decision-making self efficacy play a partial intermediary between employment anxiety and achievement motivation.For these results, should be enhanced for Shenyang Sports University full-time graduate students’career decision-making self-efficacy and success motivation training, and treatment of different groups to different treatment principle; to guide and encourage more graduate students to participate in social practice, so that they constantly improve their own social practice, thus contributing to career decision making self-efficacy and achievement motivation to develop, in order to reduce the employment anxiety. |
