In the 1990s, Chinese scholars advocated cooperative education and the research of cooperative learning in the foreign countries. Cooperative teaching organically combines these three cooperative theories. It is a teaching thought and strategy which requires all member’s participation as well as interaction with every dynamic aspect. New teaching thoughts enhance the level of public sports classes in higher learning. How to improve the traditional teaching situations which focus on mastering skills so as to meet the need of gaining in new era, is a vital and important issue which sports scholars face now and even in the future. aerobics plays an important role in sports in higher learning, and it is popular among teachers and students. My research’s aim is to initially plan a suitable teaching pattern to meet the demand of aerobics class’s more convenient than before in research of cooperative pattern. This research will prove that cooperative teaching pattern is available and excellent when used in students’comprehensive abilities and skills than any other pattern through experimentation. It will greatly raise studying interests, attitude, and unity of one group.This paper’s results are as following:1. The analysis of questionnaire and experimental practice proved that cooperative pattern is available and fruitful in aerobics in higher learning. Apparently the result of this pattern excels that of tradition, and it is a ideal teaching method.2. Theory basis of establishment of cooperative patterns innovative theory, choosing theory, motivate theory, social unity theory, development theory, acquisition theory and meeting theory.3. Cooperative teaching pattern in aerobics partly influences the fundamental physical abilities and skills. It would improve speed, flexibility and strength, raise the coordination of strength, length, creativity, rhythm and skills to a new stage.4. This pattern has an vital impact upon students’comprehensive abilities, especially creativity, competitive views, cooperative consciousness. The relationship between students and teachers will be significantly improved. We use this pattern to encourage student take part in sports, raise theirs interests, fully expand students’creativity and communicative abilities.5. To meet demand of this pattern, teachers have to improve theirs abilities, pay more attention to teaching method, raise their enthusiasm and creativity. Teachers are friendlier than ever before. This pattern affects education positively. according to different situations, we use cooperative teaching pattern flexibly to achieve a better result in aerobics in higher learning.
