Labor relations work is a hot spot in current society.The central and provincial,municipal,and district leaders at all levels attach great importance to the construction of labor inspection agencies.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to “strengthen labor security supervision and build harmonious labor relations” in the report of the party’s 18 th National Congress.In recent years,the Wuzhong District Labor Inspection Team of Suzhou City has undertaken a large number of legal administrations and social stability maintenance work.It has won the Jiangsu Province Labor Security Supervision Two-Network Management Demonstration Zone,the “Youth Rights Protection Post” in Jiangsu Province,and the Labor Inspection Rights Protection Work in Suzhou City.Advanced collectives and other honorary titles at various provincial and municipal levels play an indispensable role in coordinating labor relations,safeguarding social stability,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers,and promoting the steady and orderly development of social economy.At the same time,the downward pressure on the economy has increased and the difficulty in the supervision of labor security supervision has increased.This article attempts to analyze the status quo of labor security supervision and law enforcement in Wuzhong District,analyze the problems and causes,and put forward some personal views on this,hoping to make labor security supervision and law enforcement work effectively.This article combines Wuzhong District labor security supervision law enforcement,for the situation in reality,that the national level should improve labor security laws and regulations,a reasonable definition of labor supervision and labor arbitration scope of the case,to further improve the existing laws and regulations,also recommended Additional enforcement measures for labor security inspection law enforcement;governments at all levels should improve labor security supervision and law enforcement mechanisms,increase efforts to promote labor laws and regulations,establish and improve early warning mechanisms for labor disputes and enforcement coordination mechanisms;territorial governments should strengthen the construction of labor security inspection teams.Increase investment,strengthen training,and strengthen supervision.
