Investigation And Analysis On The Living Condition Of The Student Village Officials

The student village officials project carried out extensively in our country today.there are more than200000of the student village officials work on their posts. With the team of student village officials growing, they caused widespread concern in society. At the most basic level of rural the student village officials for poor environment and heavy task, is becoming more and more irreplaceable one service " rural economy, rural development and rural demography ". But because of lack of legal obstacles and appointed policy makes the many promised policy cannot cash. Feed on illusions policy coupled with their wages long only remain near the minimum wage level, the student village officials has become the marginalization of vulnerable groups. Most of the current research on the student village officials now is at the side of rural fusion, and the research of marginalized groups focus on migrant workers and other vulnerable groups, the student village officials as the vulnerable groups is rare. This paper selected the student village officials in Ruian as the research object, through the investigation of their survival condition and the marginal status analysis, pointed out the reasons for this situation and puts forward some corresponding thinking.Based on the relevant theory of sociology, using literature method, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, mainly use quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis method, with the student village officials in Ruian as the research object, in-depth study of its working conditions, living conditions and family life, tries to reveal all kinds of the problems of the student village officials group.
