Research On Strengthening Political Participation And Democratic Supervision Functions Of CPPCC

This paper is based on the summary of the current situation and theimportance of the political participation and democratic supervision. It analysesthe problems that exist in the functions of the CPPCC including the democraticsupervision and the political participation by the experience research method,the unity of history and logic method and the systematical analysis method. Asa result, it gives some suggestions and countermeasures on constructing andimproving the democratic supervision and the political participation. At themeanwhile, the functions of the democratic supervision and the politicalparticipation will play a more important role in the construction of socialistdemocratic politics.There are four parts in this paper:The part one, Listerature review section. It elaborates the definitions of thefunctions of the democratic supervision and the political participation; researchsituation of the functions of the democratic supervision and the politicalparticipation at home and abroad; research method and research significanceof this paper.The part two, It researches on CPPC about operating mechanism of thepolitical participation and democratic supervision, the composition of thedemocratic supervision,content and form of the functions of the politicalparticipation.The part three, It analyses the problems that exist in the capacity buildingof the CPPC including the democratic supervision and the political participation.It concretely contains the problems exsiting in the democratic supervision aswell as the necssity and urgency of how to strengthen and perfect the motivemechanism of the democratic supervision; Constraints and prime causes thatdetermines the functions of the political participation.The Part Four，It discusses about how to strengthen and perfect the CPPC of the participating politics and democratic supervision. Democraticsupervision：Efforts to boost CPPC of the democratic supervision aboutinstitutionalization、standardization、routinization、Actively explore new situationdemocratic supervision and effective form. Participating politics: strengthenlearning，Constantly improve the ability of participating politics; Practical, thethorough investigation and study well, Grasp the overall situation, and strive toimprove the level and quality of the participating politics；Pay attention to exertthe function of the organization, improve the degree of organization of theparticipating politics; Strengthen the system, forming a reasonable andeffective working mechanism；Sixth, to provide security and create a goodcondition for the CPPC about political participation.
