At present,China is entering a new normal economic development,economic efficiency and quality improvement,economic restructuring and development in depth,industrial structure optimization and upgrading,some industries are facing adjustment,restriction and elimination of new challenges,the overall employment situation,especially employment structure Resulting in a greater impact,and labor disputes which may lead to new problems,new features.This paper investigates the labor dispute settlement mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises in Lusong district of Zhuzhou city,and points out that the labor disputes in Lusong district of Zhuzhou city is influenced by labor relations,labor legal system,economic,social factors and labor relations.And the factors such as the parties themselves under the influence of small and medium enterprises in Lusong District,Zhuzhou City,the disposal of labor disputes in the face of mobile Internet era of rapid spread of information,spread widely,easy to out of control;the lack of legal systems related to malicious reporting,excessive rights,Constraints or discipline;policy stability and pressure,law enforcement not strict;old management thinking,lack of education and other problems.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the disposal of labor dispute in Lusong district of Zhuzhou city.The first is to improve the labor relations legal system,improve the relevant labor system.Mainly including perfecting and standardizing the Labor Contract Law and perfecting the relevant legal system of handling labor disputes;secondly,strengthening the main responsibility of labor relations;And finally to change the functions of the government and clarify the management objectives of labor and capital relations.These include improving the protection system for laborers,strengthening labor supervision,standardizing enterprise employment and strengthening coordination and arbitration of labor relations.
