In recent three decades,“social organization” is becoming a hot topic. With thedevelopment of economy and society, as well as the deepening of reform, the socialorganizations of our country become a new force which promotes economicdevelopment and social construction gradually. Which can also plays an irreplaceablerole in the economic, political, cultural, social and other fields.The paper adopts the approach of combining literature research, interviewmethod and comparative studies. It absorbs the existing theory and practice,researches the construction and management of social organization from theperspective of social management innovation, and focus on Tianjin chambers ofcommerce as well as some community social organizations as an example, discusseshow to accelerate sustained and healthy development of Tianjin social organization, inorder to provide a strong impetus to strengthen and innovate the public administration,and build a harmonious society and protection.The paper has five parts. The first chapter introduces research background,significance, the domestic and foreign research reviews, research methods and thepossible innovation of the topic. The second chapter introduces the basic theoriesabout social organization and social management innovation, and other theories. Thethird chapter mainly introduces the experience about domestic and foreign socialorganization participating in social management. The fourth chapter studies theconstruction and management of Tianjin social organization, especially the chambersof commerce and community social organization. The fifth chapter puts forward to thesuggestions about promoting the development of social organizations, especially thechambers of commerce and community social organization.
