China’s Social Management Innovation And The Changes Of Its Concepts

With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, the market economy develops faster and faster. And its scale is larger and larger. At the the same time, the system becomes more and more standardized. So the development system of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics has been established. With the development of marketization, our society appears the complicated situations that it exists the interest division, the increasing contradiction, the increasing risk, and the diversified value. Whether it is from the "quality" and "quantity", it has put forward higher requirements to the government management of social affairs. Also it challenges the traditional social management. The development process of social management in our research, referring to foreign research trends of social management, to reveal the future development trends of social management innovation and the concepts of change direction in China, so as to promote the innovation of social management in our country, is of great significance.By means of literature research, induction and comparative research, theoretical analysis and policy analysis, to Marx’s theory of social management and good governance theory as a foundation, to clear Marx’s social management function and the origin of the social management innovation, and construct the objectives of the development of China’s social management and a clear direction of the development of society governance in our country. This is a multi-angle study. Firstly, I studied the dynamic of China’s and foreign social management innovation from the transverse dimension. Secondly, from longitudinal dimension, I sorted out the five distinctive, distinct evolutionary stages of China about the innovation policy and the practice of social management. Thus based on the abundant and multi-angle real material, this study finally reveals the change direction of the concept of social management innovation from the thought of social management and the reform of the practice. And I hope that it will contribute to creating a new pattern of social management in china.
