Children in the countryside are farmers who are outgoing or being business accompaniment. Our country's rural traditional stable families are faced with unprecedented competing. Millions of farmers are forced leaving the rural land, Enter the city to seek survival, they are confined to their own social conditions and living conditions and urban policy within the limits, most people will only be able to stay their children at home. This kind of long-term separation of parent - child family model makes huge children's groups stay at home. Parents who working out and children who staying at home in time, changed the rural family face-to-face communication mode, change the family in the original form of education space on the long-term primary group. At present there are at least 2000 million children in such families in growing up in China's rural areas. These children whether can get a good family, schools or social education is the relationship between the future of rural population quality, rural development and the development of China.This article studied the background of children in the countryside and scope of the study, the definition of, hackling and referential at home and abroad on the subject of research results, to clarify the meaning of the children in the countryside and its study on the theoretical basis. At the same time, the Chinese children in the countryside and moral education status and quality of rural citizens' educational practice, the situation on the basis of the combination of survey and data analysis, based on children in the countryside and moral problems at its reasons for an in-depth analysis, summarize children in the countryside and moral education in specific ways, building on national policies to guide school moral education , to families as basic moral education and community care for the protection ,so to build"quartet collaboration"of moral education paradigm.
