| In today’s world, network occupies most people’s work and living space, China’s online social networking platform has been experiencing brief and rapid development, there appeared new network platforms for many Internet users which gained important position in their lives, one of them is the Micro blog. This new information platform enlarges its territory with the unprecedented speed in the network world, and through it spreads all sorts of countless comments with widely influential. This phenomenon is a great progress on the free speech in our society, but also created a hotbed to the bad information. By analyzing the current situation of the development of Micro blog platform, based on the necessity of Micro blog supervision, and drawing lessons from foreign successful Internet supervision experience, drawing in China’s current situation, I study on the legislation loopholes and the shortage, try to figure out how government can make better use of Micro blog platform, understand the livelihood of the people, and perfect the legislation. Come to the conclusion that the government should play the right role on the supervision of Micro blog, can take a series of direction means to the legislation, promote the Micro blog to mould into a healthy and orderly network community as a good public free speech platform for citizens. |
