Therefor, a window displayinggovernment’s image--micro-blog, emerges as the time requires.Government micro-blog’s speedy development owes to the extensive responsesfrom netizens, who expect that micro-blog will make positive effects on thefollowing aspects: to announce government affairs more timely, to improve thetransparency of government work, to better the government image, to close thedistance between government and citizens and to feedback the public in time.Nevertheless, Things move forward along a twisted road. There are still problemsoccur in government micro-blog, which caused damages to the government image.Government microblogging quickly "popular" set off a wave of officials, governmentdepartments collective open microblogging wave. One-time governmentmicroblogging everywhere, also boosted the careers of a number of operators properly,masses, strong government microblogging service, such as@Safty Beijing,@Shanghai Published,@Foreign PHS. However, there have been some not familiarwith microblogging, ideologically insufficient attention, information disseminationrandom, chaotic management of government micro-Bo, these governmentmicroblogging a serious impact on individual leaders, departments and theGovernment’s overall image. How to regulate microblogging government to promotethe healthy and positive development of the main issues to be discussed in this article.In addition, the government microblogging due to its natural attributes is based on thethird-party application platform independent of the government, which increases thedifficulty to government management and operations, the government needs to dealwith a challenge. With the above conditions studied, the thesisproposes specific suggestions on the operation and management of governmentmicro-blog view to provide practical guidances for government departments andofficials to manage government micro-blog.
