| The rapid development of contemporary society brings a social problem of an aging population. This problem has also led to the concern of the pension issue. What kind of pension model is suitable for the modern society is a problem worthy of studying. The traditional family pension and the rise of the aged have been appeared some disadvantages. Under this situation, community-based home care is the most appropriate in the circumstances of the aging population continues to deepen the pension mode, and comply with the need of the modern society’s development, and also in accordance with the traditional ideas of family pension.The text will be through the different pension model of research, with all sorts of theory and literature as the foundation to explore the most appropriate pension model to study and draw out the useful experience and advanced domestic and foreign pension mode. And then through the Northwest Community in Xi’an to conduct field research on community interviews, and the elderly live in community conversation, summed up the home care service status and the actual needs of the elderly. Finally, based on the research, through the analysis of the problems of home care services and the analysis of Countermeasure to find a solution to improve home care services, and promotes the smooth development of home care services. |
