With the rapid development of society and economy in our country,the problem of population aging is aggravated.According to relevant data,by the end of 2020,the population aged 60 or above in China was about 253.96 million,accounting for18.5 percent of the country’s total population.If this trend continues,the proportion of China’s population aged over 60 will be well over a quarter of the total by 2035,and the proportion will grow even larger in the following years.With the aging of society and empty-nesting,there are more and more old people and empty-nesters who cannot take care of themselves.Therefore,Guangzhou proposes to carry out the "3+X" innovative pilot work of community home care,namely,catering assistance,combination of medical and nursing care,and housekeeping services.At the same time,districts,streets and towns are encouraged to select a number of pilot projects according to the actual situation of their respective districts.In the meal service is one of the most important-the city of help,through sets up the elders in community or street dining hall,mainly for the pure old,old,solitary,lonely,family planning,and help to the old man special difficulties such as the elderly repast service,through mobilizing social resources and participation enthusiasm work sharing management idea,a new community home care service system with Guangzhou characteristics has been established,featuring multi-level,multi-support,multi-subject and full coverage.As the first city in China to carry out urban community meal assistance service,Guangzhou has certain typicality and research value.So the author choose Guangzhou Zhuhai YM institutions as the research object,in recent years at home and abroad on city home endowment service and help the meal service related research as a breakthrough point,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview method,embedding social theory and the theory of welfare pluralism theory as the instruction,take Guangzhou YM institutions as the research object,firstly,this paper analyzes the social significance of the urban catering service in Guangzhou.At the same time,through the case analysis of the large catering service in N Street and S Street by YM social work agency,it finds the problems of the large catering service: from the perspective of the elderly,the quality of the meals needs to be improved,and the special needs of the elderly have not been met;It also causes moral problems,such as elderly people selling love meals or alienating their relationship with their children.At the level of social workers,social workers are under great pressure and the turnover rate is too high.At the same time,I wear several hats and work inefficiently.At the level of organization and industry,the service quality is not uniform within the industry.The development of this service mode is greatly restricted by the imperfect management system and client design of the meal aid service.On this basis to explore its reasons,and combined with the current government policy,proposed to improve the quality of food and beverage,to develop personalized recipes;Improve the distribution network and catering APP;To improve the pay and social status of social workers;We will increase the input of government funds and funds from all sectors of society;We will establish and improve third-party evaluation agencies and supervision mechanisms.
