The rapid progress of science and technology,the continuous excellence of medical technology,and people’s requirements for life quality,the combination of a variety of reasons has finally brought people’s life expectancy is getting longer and longer.The authoritative international magazine has already made a statement,which estimates that by 2024,the average life expectancy of Chinese people will reach 81.9 years.In 2019,China proposed to build a multi-level pension system,with the family as the foundation,the community as an important supplement to the family,and the combination of medical care and pension.In this era,community home care has a great use.However,the number of the elderly is increasing,and the demand for pension service level is getting higher and higher.However,our pension service system is still at the primary level,and there is a huge gap between demand and supply.At present our country community home endowment system is not perfect,our country’s aging population exceeds 250 million,the vast majority of the old,the hope can be abetted in the community,so the community endowment service jobs that occupy the home is around the corner,although the tendency of aging population is consistent,but also to,analyzing the specific issues in building community home endowment service network,Local governments can take measures in accordance with local conditions,and establish community home-based care service networks with local characteristics to provide a variety of elderly care services.I do not know where to find autumn frost in the mirror.On the road of China’s rapid development,the elderly can also enjoy the dividend of development through building the model of community home care.Network governance theory as the basic theory,this paper chosen to Y city as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method to study the community home endowment problem,see a problem with small incision,through reading literature and field survey,can see the Y city community home endowment service or there are many imperfections,This is mainly reflected in the fact that there are few participants in community home-based elderly care service,the elderly care service provided by the community is misaligned with the needs of the elderly,and the service level is not high and the quality is low,so the service object has irecognition of the service.Guided by the network governance theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the above problems.The reasons are that the service network construction of community home care is not scientific,there are also communication problems,lack of responsibility and supervision mechanism,and the service supply ability of the service subject is also weak.Therefore,in order to better solve the existing problems and improve the level and quality of elderly care services,it is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable community home care service network,smooth communication channels,strengthen supervision and management,and improve the service ability of service subjects.
