| As for Shanghai Cooperation and Organization, from it’s beginning to now, It has developed to be one of the great important international organization, companying with its economy development. The direct factor for SCO’establishment is the near geological distance of each other. The Geopolitics, the International Mechanism, both of them, which are the base of SCO. Through the analysis of the geological structure character rule-building, cooperation and development of SCO, which will be good for our further knowing about the SCO; make the right measure to deal with the problem which occurred in the road of development; We can make the regulation and rule of SCO more suitable, by the analysis all the development period, the cooperation of SCO, making the wishes and hopes for SCO.The first part, introduce the writing idea, structure of paper, study review, and the back point of text.The second part, introduce the three base theories of this text: Geopolitics International Mechanism, New safe view.The third part, using the Geopolitics to analyze the geology structured and real politics character, using the real economical interest of those member countries,which contribute the reason of the establishment of SCO.The forth part, introduce the process of SCO building and the establishment of the rules®ulations of SCO.The fifth part, introduce the cooperation and good result in Safety and economy fields of SCO, which developed under the regulations.The sixth part, make the wish for SCO future, make the aim, analyze the existing problem of SCO. Though it’s got the achievement, it’s still needed further development.The seventh part, the ending, introduce the logical structure of this paper, and make sure that SCO will be a strong organization. |
