Chinese And Swahili Voice Contrast Research

Bilingual studies especially in phonetics studies has been and continues to develop. This aims at finding ways to cub the gap found in the bilingual studies while teaching. Through bilingual comparative studies, teachers are able to deal with the shortcomings of students for the target language.This paper mainly from that point, respectively analyses the differences and similarities between the Chinese and swahili phonetic system. It also finds out pronunciation errors of Chinese language learners for native speakers of Swahili and explains possible pronunciation problems for swahili speakers in the process of learning Chinese.In addition, this paper puts forward the methods of correcting pronunciation errors.To explore pronunciation errors which are found in swahili speakers, this paper aims at providing teaching reference for teachers who are engaged in relevant Chinese teaching and providing related basis for the further research of the researchers.
