Abstract/Summary:
The basic aim of the Chinese teaching as a foreign language is to cultivate the foreign students’ ability to use Chinese in cross-cultural communication. Address is a kind of socially strong language, and is indispensable in the people’s social communication. The ability to use proper address lay a solid foundation for a smooth communication.Thus, to study how to use the Chinese address can guide us to use them correctly. Meanwhile, the analysis and summary of the Japanese foreign students’ use of the address can greatly promote the theory and practice of the Chinese teaching as a foreign language.By studying the existing research results, doing the survey and interview, this thesis investigates the Japanese students’ acquisition situation of the use of the address, finds out their biased error type and analyses their factors, and puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies to offer some revelation and help for the teaching of the address to the Japanese foreign students.
