Objective:First, through clinical observation and objective evaluation of the clinicalefficacy of antispasmodic Blood Circulation for Treating CSA. Second, preliminary studythe antispasmodic Blood Circulation for Treating CSA changes in transcranial Dopplerultrasound (TCD) to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of CSA.Methods:102cases of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy (2011.3~2011.11,including both clinical and hospitalized patients) were randomly divided into twogroups.Group Ⅰ were treated with Jingkangning and group Ⅱ with Sibelium. Thenevaluate the curative effect before and after therapy, with transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD) as the evaluation criterion. Analysis the objective indicator and rational symptomgrade within and among groups. Results: After two periods of treatment, both groups have obvious improvement inclinical syndrome grade (The degree of dizziness, nausea, vomiting, cataplexy, headache situation, neck tenderness, shoulder and neck pain, cervical activity, neckrotation test and aggregated points)(P<0.05). There was no obvious difference betweenthese two groups (P>0.05). Both sides TCD criterion (Resistance index (RI), pulseindex(PI), peak systolic velocity(Vs), end-diastolic velocity(Vd), time-averaged flowvelocity(Vm). Both groups have obvious improvement after two periods of treatment(P<0.05). No obvious difference showes between these two groups (P>0.05). Group Ⅰ:cured patients29cases, distinctly efficiency11cases, efficiency8cases, inefficacy3cases.Group Ⅱ: cured patients25cases, distinctly efficiency17cases, efficiency4cases,inefficacy5cases. There is no obvious difference between the two groups in clinical syndrome grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Both Jingkangning and Sibelium have distinct improvement ofclinical syndrome in treating patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosisafter two periods of treatment.2. TCD criterions have obvious improvement in both groupsafter two periods of treatment.3. There is no obvious difference between Jingkangning andSibelium in therapeutic effect, but we were provided with a new therapy in the treatment ofcervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.Traditional Chinese Mdeicine combineantispasmodic method and Promoting Blood Circulation, spasmolysis, resuscitation, promoting blood circulation and stasis.Treating at the same time the appearance and theessence.Make the balance of yin and yang. Improving microcirculation, expansion of thevertebral artery, increasing in vertebral artery blood flow velocity, blocking sympatheticvasoconstriction and achieving the improvement of clinical symptoms of purpose.4. Theclinical syndrome of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy patients are not totallycaused by the decrease of flowing within vertebral artery.
