| Objective:Used the method of quantitative evaluation to observe of Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression effect on fatigue and pain in patients with disc herniation of cervical, and clinical outcome in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods:To collect with western medicine for the diagnosis of cervical disc herniation of cervical spine, were taken Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression for a total of38patients were treated with.16male patients (42.1%), female22cases (57.9%). This study used the same patients before and after treatment, the research method of its symptom score comparison. By fatigue self-assessment scale, Tanaka Yasushi long cervical spondylosis symptoms scale20points scale, visual analogue scale (VAS scale), for patients before and48hours after72hours, quantitative commentary two observation point to observe the patients symptoms, mental fatigue, physical fatigue, fatigue, consequences the fatigue of the situation, to sleep, fatigue fatigue response to rest, fatigue, reaction time model of cervical spondylosis symptoms and signs and level of pain improvement, statistical analyses of the two groups, to evaluate the effect of treatment. Results:All the patients with cervical Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression treatment, wound I healing, no positioning error, nerve root or spinal cord injury, discitis and postoperative infection. Patients between the ages of29to75years old, with the mean and standard deviation (52.47±10.258) said, the course in January to360months, with the mean and standard deviation (78.3947±75.6501) said. Before and after treatment in patients with fatigue in physical fatigue, mental fatigue, fatigue, fatigue severity score consequences entries have significant difference (P<0.01). Before and after treatment in patients with fatigue characteristics in the fatigue of sleep the rest of the response and fatigue situation entries have significant difference (P<0.01). Before and after treatment in patients with fatigue type degree in physical fatigue, mental fatigue, fatigue degree of the extent of the consequences, general fatigue entries were significantly different (P<0.01). Before and after treatment in patients with fatigue characteristics of fatigue of sleep and rest in the reaction degree and degree of fatigue situation entries have significant difference (P<0.01). Before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs according to Tanaka Yasushi long cervical spondylosis symptoms scale20points scale improved significantly, there was statistical significance (P<0.01). According to visual analogue score scale (VAS) assessment, pain patients improved than before, there was statistical significance (P<0.01) Conclusion:the clinical application of Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression in the treatment of cervical disc herniation is an effective therapy. In the fatigue symptoms in patients with, can improve the fatigue, and fatigue characteristics of the patients, there was significant effect in the cervical vertebra disease symptoms and signs of improvement, and can relieve the pain of cervical spondylosis greatly. And no obvious adverse events and adverse reactions. The treatment with little trauma, less bleeding, light pain, does not damage the spinal stability, less complications, advantages, the exact curative effect of disease of cervical disc herniation safety. |
