Objective:Based on the combination of opinion and suggestions of experts and survey, this thesis draws up the acupotomy’s clinical treatment manipulation, standardization of manipulation, reduction of unexpected medical accident and increasing efficiency and safety according to the medical principles and methods, thus to contributes to the true meaning of development of medicine.Methods:By researching internet libraries of China, pre-examine the researched levator scapula damage acupotomy treatment related documents and literatures through software and distinguish them to be selected or excluded, and selected documents were classified and evaluated to make references. Also, through consultation of experts and survey methods and collected references were both organized and analyzed by medical principles to publish 《Clinical Acupotomy Treatment Guide of Levator Scapula Damage》Results:Through this clinical practice of treating levator scapula with acupotomy, more scientific, reasonable and standardized reference 《Clinical Acupotomy Treatment Guide of Levator Scapula Damage》 is published.Conclusion:By researching overall documents about acupotomy treatment, according to the strict existing medical principles, collected experts’ opinion and survey to publish 《Clinical Acupotomy Treatment Guide of Levator Scapula Damage》. Also, standardize the treating method of acupotomy and gradual improvement on it to step forward to the next phase which is better condition to perform clinical practice and, in the future, to make it possible to establish the foundation for wider use of acupotomy in TCM.
