ObjectiveFormulate scientific and standard practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.MethodsCombining literature study,expert survey,expert argumentation meeting and expert consultation to formulate practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.Then,through conformance testing to evaluate practicability and feasibility of the clinical guide.Literature study:using computer to search related published modern literature,searching The 4th edition of Chinese medical classics to gather ancient documents concerning seasons health,and manually retrieving textbooks and monographs.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,select qualified literature.Then,evaluating the quality of included literature and classify the extracted evidence.Summarizing seasons health contents by classifying and generalizing the literature,and initially formed expert consensus based framework.Experts survey:On the base of the literature study,designed two rounds of expert questionnaire.Sent the questionnaires to selected 48 experts by letters and emails,and investigated their views on the seasons health care.After two rounds of experts survey,summarized the recycling questionnaires and analyzed the date by statistical software from the expert positive degree,expert opinion concentration,level of coordination and the degree of authority.Screening entries which adjust to evaluation system to formulate the first draft of the practice guide,on the basis of the importance of entry and the result of expert panel discussion.Expert argumentation meeting:submitting the first draft of practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.Then hold expert meeting to discuss and make suggestion on original finalized practice guide.Study group modified the experts' advises and perfected the practice guide.Expert consultation:Sent the draft of expert consultation to experts engaged in the preventive treatment of disease.summarized the recycling draft and analyzed the advice.finally approval the practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.Conformance testing:Taking Conformance testing in Several units by Conformance testing table which designed in the form of questions and answers to observe guide implementation in line with guidelines.ResultsLiterature study:2725 Chinese and English literatures were retrieved by the database,3 documents were selected to meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.There were 9 important guide and reference and 3 textbooks and monographs included.A total of 102 papers in the ancient documents were related with seasons health care.Through evaluating the quality of included literature and classifying the extracted evidence,seasons health should includes spring care,summer care,autumn care,winter care and seasonal care,etc.There were small number of literature provide evidences.3 non randomized controlled trials and 102 ancient documents can be recommended as evidences for the formulation of guide according to recommended level.The formulation of guide with reference to Related guidelines and standards.Experts survey:With the results of the two rounds of experts survey,the two of expert positive degree was 89.58%and 100%,respectively.And the coordination coefficient was 0.079 and 0.16,chi square test(P=0.000).Two expert authority were more than 0.7.After the first round of experts survey,add two seasonal care entries and two scope of application entries.With the boundary value,two rounds of expert questionnaire both have no entries to be eliminated.Then formulated the first draft of the practice guide.Expert argumentation meeting:The experts discussed the problems of the formulation of first guideline draft and the deal of controversial opinions.Provided suggestions,then modified and perfected the practice guide.Expert consultation:research group sent draft of expert consultation to 31 experts.Project number:SATCM—2015—BZ380.Project name:practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.31 consultation drafts were sent,replied 25,and 15 recycled consultation drafts attached with advice,total of 25 opinions were accepted.According to the advises of experts,modifying the guideline and finally approval the scientific and standard practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.Conformance testing:A total of 200 patients from ten hospitals were included in the conformance testing.The consistency of range,spring care,summer care,autumn care,winter care and seasonal care were above 90%.Not found differences with the existing guide.The satisfaction of patients to the effect of received preventive health measures and the satisfaction of doctors to the suitability of provided service was 99.50%and 98.50%,respectively.Both of the service receiver and service provider didn' t dissatisfied the guide content.so didn' t need to modify the practice guide.ConclusionThis subject was conducted on the basis of literature research,refined the evaluation indexes for seasons health.Using Delphi method,designed two rounds of questionnaire surveys of experts.The experts' view finally reached a census via gathering and analying two rounds of the questionnaires.After experts meeting,formulated a scientific and standard practice guide of preventive treatment for seasons health.Then,the conformance testing provided reference for practicability and feasibility of the clinical guide.The method which combined literature research,experts survey and expert meeting to formulate this guide was scientific and feasible,worthy being applied in the research of TCM guideline formulation work.
