Chai Piao Soup Treating Cough The Party Card And With Reduced Efficacy Of Contrast Research

Objective:This study has collected141patients in respiratory outpatient department. All these people were given prescriptions of Chaiputang. The main purpose of the research is to explore the difference of treat effect between applications of Dangshen and Dazao or not. If there is great diversity between them, we can further discuss the main symptoms which are suitable for usage of Dangshen and Dazao. when doctors consider using Chaiputang, some symptoms which is the most important is the secondary intention in this study. Beside those, history of disease, patients’ages, gender discrepancy, ill seasons, traditional herbs which are often added are also this research’s subjects. Through this study, I hope we can have a better understanding in application of Chaiputang. The ultimate aim is to cure more diseases and relieve patients’sufferings.Methods:All patients’clinical information is recorded by the unified design of "Chaiputang prescription and syndrome questionnaire".These information including:1. general information2. history of disease3. process of diagnosis and treatment4. main pulmonary symptoms, systemic symptoms, tongue and pulse condition, women’menstruation history, prescript ions and drugs’dosage. Pat ients are divided into two groups according to whether using Dangshen and Dazao (or not).The group which will not use Dangshen and Dazao is treatment group, the other one is named control group.On the basis of symptoms’changes before and after be prescribed to judge the treat effect. Define7days as a course of treatment and no limits to the.course of treatment, but mainly observe the first、 second、third course of treatment.Analyzing and summarizing the above information, drawing conclusions and using statistical software to check whether there is statistical significance.Conclusions:1. In all sicken crowd,68.25%are women, only31.75%are men.2. The mean age of126cases of patients was50.43±17.28years. The31-40age group had the largest incidence, occuping25.40%, the secondary is51-60age group, taking up23.02%. Through statistical software’s analysising, there is statistical significance.3. November is the high-occurrence season(21.43%) using Chaipu Tang. Through statistical software’analysising, there is statistical significance.4. In the history of diseases among126patients,pharyngitis (42.06%), allergic rhinit is(33.33%)、gastr it is(26.98%)、hypertension(19.05%). About26.20%people have allergic history, penicillin is the most common allergen,occuping36.36%。5.The dominating reason for the126patients to see the doctor is cough,taking up96.03%,the second one is discomfort in throats, occuping95.24%. Characteristics of the cough are always paroxysmal, more serious at night, coughing when contact with cold, white and sticky phlegm which is hard to cough out.The discomfort in throat is mainly shown as feeling dryness and phlegm obstructed in throat or something that maybe do not really exist in throat.6. According to the clinical data, there is obvious differences in treat effection whether using Dangshen and Dazao or not. Applications of Dangshen and Dazao can apparently improve the cure rate and shorten the therapy time. Once people have such as abdominal distension、diarrhea, Dangshen and Dazao should be better added in prescriptions.7. On the basis of the collected information,we can conclude the most common symptoms using Chaipu Tang. These symptoms are feeling dryness in the throat, coughing worse at night, coughing easily contacting with cold, white and sticky phlegm which is hard to cough out, pant ing,shortness of breath, bitter in mouth, feel ing thirsty and prefer to hot water, feel ing phlegm obstructed in throat, dizziness, abdominal distens ion, palpi tat ion. Aboutwomen, their menstrual cycle is longer, the blood of menstrual is darker, the quantity is less than other healthy women.The body of tongues are always bigger and having indentation at the edge of tongues. The tongue coating is thin and white.When taking their pulses, it feels like touching strings (71.43%), but more gender than strings. The second is Xi pulse (61.90%), next is Hua pulse (56.35%).8.In order to reach better treat effection, Shengshigao (77.78%) is most often added in prescriptions, so we can conclude that pa t ients who are prescribed Chaipu Tang are often have YangMing problems at the same time.9.
