Object:Clinical data collected from98patients with women menopause depression to clinical semeiology and epidemiological investigation, Stilettos to the women menopause depression related factors of the disease and the women menopause depression syndromes distribution characteristics, and summarized the pathogenesis of the disease characteristics, provide more objective basis for TCM dialectical treatment of menopausal depression.Methods:This topic under the guidance of TCM theory, collected the clinical data in the form of questionnaire (mainly includes the general information, SDS, kupperman, symptoms) to carry out clinical semeiology and epidemiological investigation. Refer to dialectical classification standards for clinical classification, then for descriptive statistics, work up the data and input data collected by computer, the main symptoms and related data to carry on the frequency and cluster analysis Through SPSS18.0software package, analysis of clustering results, to discuss TCM syndrome distribution characteristics and pathogenesis about women menopause depression.Results:1.In98patients with women menopause depression,kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,accounting for34.69%;blood stasis syndrome, accounting for22.45%;liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency, accounting for17.35%; liver qi stagnation, accounts for15.31%; melancholy frustrating, accounted for6.12%; dam-heat in the liver and the gallbladder, accounting for4.08%.2.The result of frequency statistics,the main symyptoms are "depressed"(83.7%),"insomnia"(76.5%),"forgetful"(69.4%),"dreaminess"(65.3%),"sexuality descent"(62.2%),"lumbar debility"(59.2%),"irritable"(58.2%),"languid"(57.1%)"complexion dark"(56.1%),"oversensitive"(55.1%),"full chest"(53.1%),"headaches"(51.0%).3.The cluster analysis, the clinical symptoms of women menopause depression are Ⅳ class, Ⅰ class is liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency, Ⅱ class is blood stasis syndrome, Ⅲ class is kidney deficiency and liver stagnation, IV class is liver qi stagnation.Concludes: 1.The age of women menopausal depression mainly concentrated at46to55.2.The education degree of women menopausal depression mainly concentrated at High school or above.3.The main medical history of women mcnopausal depression arc Hypertension and hyperlipidemia.4.Women with menopausal depression for mood disorders do not have a high level of self-awareness.5.The main syndromes of women menopausal depression are depressed, irritable, oversensitive, languid, full chest, forgetful, headaches, insomnia, dreaminess, lumbar debility, complexion dark, sexuality descent.6.The main symptoms type of women menopausal depression arc kidney deficiency and liver stagnation, blood stasis syndrome, liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency, liver qi stagnation.7.The main pathogenesis of women menopausal depression are "kidney deficiency","liver depression","blood stasis"...
