The literature review first briefly discusses the research progress of the hemorrhoid,secondly, the theoretical basis of the traceability and the theoretical basis of Zhao Baoming about the TCM solid off foreign rule law and RPH surgery narrative.Finally, the experimental study of clinical TCM the "acid convergence,astringent solid off" solid off the law and RPH surgery internal hemorrhoids treatment of stage III clinical efficacy.Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of combined use of Xiaozhiling injection and automatical loop ligation for the treatment of moderate hemorrhoids.Methods:60inpatients who met the inclusion criteria in anorectal department of dongzhimen hospital from June2012to January2013were chosen. All the60patients were randomly divided into two groups:the loop ligation group (control group), and the combined use of Xiaozhiling injection and loop ligation group(experimental group). The therapeutic effects, postoperative pain and bleeding, anal fall bulge feeling, and other complications after operations of the two groups were observed and analyzed with statistical methods.Results:The effective rates of the two groups are100%and93.33%, but the experimental group is better in the aspects of cure rate and healing time. There are no significant differences in the aspects of edema,but postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding and anal fall bulge feeling are significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion:The combined use of Xiaozhiling injection and automatical loop ligation for the treatment of moderate hemorrhoids has a significant therapeutic effect. It also has the advantages of simple operation, less time, faster postoperative recovery, and less complications. It deserves a wider clinical application.
