| Objective:Explore the treatment of ED with Chinese medicine, standardize the clinical treatment furtherly, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and security for the clinical application.Methods:Participants included85patients, on the basis of general treatment of adjusting the way of life, controlling the basic diseases, providing psychological counseling and sexual life instruction, etc.the patients were given the tong luo xing Yang soup (granules,bid) for30days, then we evaluate and observe the curative effect and the related indicators after the treatment.Collecting the basic information of patients’sex and drug use, observing the change of the integral of IIEF-5,SAS, SDS, Chinese medicine symptom assessment scale (liver kidney and blood stasis type), before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was87.5%, the cure rate was87.5%, the severity of patients with the lighter, the better clinical effect. Change significantly before and after treatment in patients with sexual satisfaction. Patients’anxiety score before and after treatment decreased significantly, depression score decline, but no significant difference. In the aspect of TCM symptoms in patients with erectile hardness, probability of success, depression, lumbar debility, breast bilges full, languid, fatigue, dizziness tinnitus degree have more significant improvement. The treatment except2cases of patients with nausea, diarrhea, etc., no obvious adverse reaction was found in all the rest.Conclusion:Tong luo xing Yang soup treatment of mild and moderate ED clinical effect significantly, can significantly improve patients’negative mood state, improve the patient’s sexual satisfaction, at the same time may improve symptoms in patients with different degree, low incidence of adverse reactions.
