The Clinical Research Of Applying The Method Of Xing Qi Tong Luo In Treating Stomach Collateral Stasis Type Of Erosive Gastritis And Its Influence On Plasma Gastrin And Pepsinogen

Objective:The purpose of this study is to organize the experience of the method of Xing Qi Tong Luo in the treatment of Stomach collateral stasis type of Erosive Gastritis in the tutor,and observe the efficacy and endoscopic and pathological improvement of this method in the treatment of Stomach collateral stasis type of Erosive Gastritis.The study also looked at the impact of this approach on serum markers(G-17 and PG).To explore the mechanism of this method so as to provide evidence for their clinical applicationMethods:In order to reflect the principle of randomization,the patients who came from the Kunshan Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and inpatient department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,thirty patients in each group.These patients were diagnosed as Stomach collateral stasis type of Erosive Gastritis by gastroscope and TCM syndrome differentiation.The treatment group was treated with the method of Xing Qi Tong Luo.while the control group was treated by Hydrotalcite and omeprazole.Two groups of patients were observed for two courses,each course of treatment is one month.Finally,we observed the effect of two groups before and after treatment and the changes of serum indexes.Results:(1).In the evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,there was statistical difiference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups in the scores of epigastric pain and epigastric fullness and chest pain and anorexia and belching.(2).In the evaluation of the effect of erosion,the two groups had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores abut erosion of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).(3).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia(P<0.05).(4).Before and after treatment,the serum levels of G-17 in the antral atrophy group(treatment group)were statistically different(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of PG(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The method of Xing Qi Tong Luo can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients who was diagnosed as stomach collateral stasis type of erosive gastritis.(2)The method of Xing Qi Tong Luo can effectively repair erosion and improve atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of patients who was diagnosed as stomach collateral stasis type of erosive gastritis.(3)The method of Xing Qi Tong Luo can effectively improve the level of serum G-17 of patients who was diagnosed as stomach collateral stasis type of erosive gastritis.
