Yiqi Tong Relieving Decoction To Promote The Optimization Of Abdominal Postoperative Rehabilitation Of Department Of Gynaecology Research

Objective:The study is based on preliminary clinical study of benefiting Qi and dredging Fu Organ decoction", through the orthogonal experiment design method, to further research its effect on postoperative patients recovery. Try to discuss the combination of various drugs on the overall efficacy of the contribution, and select the best drug dose, then get the optimal prescription.Method:This research was performed on cases who undergoing laparoscopic surgery,which came from the Gynecology department, the NO.2Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, collected from April2012to February2013. All patients were treated in accordance with the orthogonal design treatment programs by using randomized bloke design.Observe10factors and three levels, each of which party flavour drugs were a factor respectively (specific for:A red ginseng,B radish seed, C muxiang, D chenxiang, E daizheshi, F xuanfuhua, G binlang, H zhiqiao, I houpo, jJ mangxiao), every flavour drug dose setting3levels(highest dose, middle dose and zero dose), conduct a preliminary study, and not to consider the interactions between drugs.We choose L27(313) orthogonal table arrangement experiment, repeated5times, that is, each group of tests included in5patients.Observation indexes:evacuation time for the first time, the first defecation time, degree of abdominal distention and languid integral on the third day3.The data are input to a database of Excel2003, using SPSS17.0statistical analysis software to the feasibility analysis of basic data. Use intuitive analysis and variance analysis to analyze the observation data. There is statistical significance for P equal to0.05or less.Result:Exhaust time for testing results show that:Houpo for all parties to shorten the postoperative exhaust time contribution is the largest (P＜0.01), followed by Red ginseng,Zhiqiao, Radish seed, Mangxiao,Binlang(P＜0.05), and the best prescription for the index optimization is:Houpo16g,Red ginsengl6g,Zhiqiao8g, Radish seed20g, Mangxiao10g,Binlang10g;Defecation time for testing results show that:Houpo, Radish seed, Zhiqiao,Muxiang for all parties to shorten the defecation time contribution is similar and the larger (P＜0.01), followed by Red ginseng, Mangxiao, Daizheshi(P＜0.05), and the best prescription for the index optimization is:Houpo16g, Radish seed20g, Zhiqiao8g, Muxiang6g,Red ginseng16g, Mangxiao10g,Daizheshi8g; Degree of postoperative abdominal distension on the third day of the results show that:Houpo,Mangxiao for the relief of abdominal distension postoperative contribution fairly, and are larger (P＜0.01), followed byBinlang,Xuanfuhua, Radish seed (P＜0.05), and the best prescription for the index optimization is:Houpo16g, Mangxiao5g, Binlang10g,Xuanfuhua8g,Radish seed20g; Postoperative day3languid integral results show that Red ginseng for all parties to alleviate postoperative languid degree of contribution is the largest (P＜0.01), followed by Mangxiao, Hopu, Daizheshi, Radish seed(P＜0.05), and the best prescription for the index optimization is:Red ginseng16g,Mangxiao5g, Houpo8g,Daizheshi16g, Radish seed20g.Conclusion:Clinical optimization test showed that the effect of benefiting Qi and dredging Fu Organ decoction" on postoperative rehabilitation is exact; Comprehensively analyzing the results of each test index,we got the main component of the prescriptions:Houpo16g,Red ginseng16g,Radish seed20g,Mangxiao5g,Further research should be done for verification test of the results, then research wouble be more perfect.
