Purpose: Comprehensive analysis method of benefiting kidney detoxification, dredgingEAE mechanism of action, and seek the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatmentfor multiple sclerosis.Method: Choose8-12ZhouLing health SJL/J female mice, made after the mode, weregiven physiological saline, acetic acid prednisone piece of XuanZhuoYe, TCM compound one,TCM compound one and a half dose of acetic acid prednisone filling of stomach, made22days after in touch based on immune organization chemical testing,express the results withImage Pro Plus6.0,SPSS13.0statistical data.Result: Immunohistochemical method detection mice in the central nervous system betaactin, the results showed that: the normal group and model group, hormone group, theChinese traditional medicine group is all have significantly difference (F=5.745, P=0.002,P<0.01); Chinese traditional medicine group and normal group and the model group has moresignificantly difference (P<0.01), and hormone group was significant difference (P<0.05).Testing-43shows Gap: normal group and model group, hormone group, the Chinesetraditional medicine group is all have significantly difference (F=9.468, P=0.000, P <0.01);Chinese traditional medicine group and normal group and the model group has moresignificantly difference (P <0.01), and hormone group was significant difference (P <0.05).Testing Nogo shows: the normal group and model group, hormone group, the Chinesetraditional medicine group is all have significantly difference (F=23.576, P=0.000, P<0.01);Chinese traditional medicine group and model group has more significantly difference(P<0.01), and normal group and hormone group is no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical practice showed that the Chinese traditional medicine compoundpreparations in reducing the MS clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence of curativeeffect is distinct. The results for the traditional Chinese medicine for MS effective, establishthe status of Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of MS and advantage to have theimportant meaning.
