| Background:Children are a special class of people who have strong vitality. As the speed of their growth and development, they need a lot of nutrients. But the function of their spleen-stomach is not mature. With poor eating habits, such as eating too much or eating overnutrition, they can suffer from spleen-stomach diseases. In the system of TCM pediatric diseases, the incidence of spleen-stomach diseases ranks second. Anorexia, Indigestion, Malnutrition, Diarrhea. Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Mouth Sores are the common disease. The limit of spleen-stomach is similar with digestive diseases in modern medical system. In recent years, the incidence of spleen-stomach gradually increased. With long-term risk of spleen-stomach disease, the children can have malnutrition, decreased immunity, recurrent respiratory tract infections, even a poor growth development, intellectual development and quality of life.The spectrum of children’s digestive diseases has changed in recent years. The research focus shift to these diseases such as diarrhea disease, anorexia, functional gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases.Chinese medicine treatment of spleen-stomach diseases in children has many advantages such as good efficacy, fewer side effects. Currently, the main treatment is diagnosis and prescriptions. Modern times, there are many physicians to study and explore the law of prescriptions.They attach to the use of the two medication laws,both of Yunpi and Futu Yimu. In addition, the medication laws, such as Hewei, Mediating Qi, Using both of the cold and hot drugs are also very important.The Professor Xu Rongqian has long-term clinical experience. With the day-to-day clinical accumulation, he has held unique insights for the prescriptions of children’s spleen-stomach diseases and with them, he can achieve good clinical efficacy.The papers is made up by both of the literature review and clinical research. It focus on exploring and studying the cause and treatment of children’s spleen-stomach diseases from two aspects of Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Literature Review:Including two pans:the first part summarized the research progress of modern medicine to the digestive system diseases of children in the past three years; the second part is the research of the literature about the prescriptions and by the means,we can show the mainstream views of the law of the prescription.Clinical Research:Purpose:The purpose of this study was to explore the Professor Xu Rongqian’s laws of the prescriptions on children’s spleen-stomach diseases, so as to explore Professor Xu Rongqian’s academic heritage, to show his academic thinking,to dig the unique academic insights of Chinese medicine experts and to provide a theoretical basis for future application and innovative development.Methods:Collecting the prescription which meets the diagnostic criteria and all of the prescriptions is from the children who is diagnosised and treated by Professor Xu Rongqian.We collected totally112traditional Chinese medicine prescription from74patients. Using the WPS-EXCEL2012software to creat prescription data table. Counting and analyzing the using frequency of all of the drugs and drug class, to find out the core drugs whose using frequency is more than50%,the main drugs whose using frequency is more than30%, and the drug classes whose using frequency is more than10%.Discussing the insights to use the drugs and drug classes which have higher using frequency of use of drugs and drug classes,so as to generalize Professor Xu Rongqian’s core drugs, core medication laws, the basic drug classes and the laws of the prescription on children’s spleen-stomach diseases.Results:The used common drugs for children’s spleen-stomach diseases are a total of61kinds. The core drugs whose used frequency is more than50%are a total of3kinds, followed by Chao Daoya, Chao Guya, Chao Maiya; The main drugs whose used frequency is more than30%are a total of9kinds, followed by Huang Qin, Bai Zhu,Chai Hu, Chao Suanzaoren, Ji Neijing, Sha Ren, Pu Gongying, Fang Feng, Ge Gen; The commonly used drug classes are a total of13classes.Among them, the drug classes whose used frequency is more than10%of are a total of4classes, followed by Qingre drugs, Xiaoshi drugs, Jiebiao drugs and Buxu drugs and their used frequency are respectively16.83%,15.71%,15.78%, and12.61%.Conclusion:1.Chao Daoya, Chao Guya, Chao Maiya is the core drugs of Professor Xu treating children’s spleen-stomach diseases.2.Shengfa Shaoyang is the core medication laws of Professor Xu Trcatingchildren’s spleen-stomach diseases.3.Qingre drugs, Xiaoshi drugs, Jiebiao drugs and Buxu drugs were the basic component drug of Professor Xu treating children’s spleen-stomach diseases.4.Shengfa Shaoyang, Shuli Gandan, Jianpi Hewei, Xiaoshi Kaiwei, Shengia Piyang and Tiaofei Zhipi were the common medication laws of Professor Xu Treating children’s spleen-stomach diseases. |
