This paper is divided into three parts. First,thebook included before the Sui and Tang Dynasties the spleen and stomachliterature have been systematically sorted out, a comprehensive finishing mainlyform the basic characteristics of the spleen and stomach、plulse conditionpathological changes, ect, so we can see the basic appearance of the spleen andstomach literature before the Sui and Tang Dynasties. Second, as a systematicresearch on the book of spleen and stomach diagnosis syndromesliterature,summarizes the basic characteristics of the book of the spleen andstomach diagnosis syndromes, the mainly basis of spleen and stomach diagnosisof syndromes, the main characteristics of the spleen and stomach syndromes thedisease of spleen and stomach disease,and the spleen and stomach discorders anddrug law etc. Third,a comprehensive comparison between this book of spleen andstomach diagnosis of syndromes and the spleen and that of contemporary, indicatedthat these two very different, it mainly reflected in the naming of spleen andstomach syndrome, number, the relationship between the spleen and stomachsyndrome and disease, the pluse condition of spleen and stomach syndrome andtongue condition etc. This study defined the basic characteristics and laws of the Sui and TangDynasties of the spleen and stomach diagnosis of syndromes. Through a comparativestudy of the modern synstem of syndrome differentation of spleen and stomachdiagnosis of syndromes, comfirm the differences of ancient and modern and theessense of syndrome differentitation of spleen and stomach diagnosis ofsyndromes. The results of these studies can fill the blank of ancient literaturetheory of viscera syndrome differentitation,the evolution of the earlyunderstanding of TCM system, it has important academic value and theoretialsignificance, and to provide new research ideas and methods for thestandardization of syndrome differentitation.
