Collecting epidemiological data, And entry to TCM Syndrome epidemiological questionnaire of patients with lumbar disc herniation. At last, entry the final results to "Wen Feng Chinese medicine clinic software ", and establish SPSS database, collate and analyze statistical to analysis. Occupational composition in patients with more common long-term stoop activities and physical exertion.③Summarized four basic syndromes:Liver and kidney certificate, pathogenic wind into the network card, spleen and kidney deficiency cold coagulation, blood stasis damp-heat syndrome, and summed the differentiation points syndromes.
