| Objective:Observe the Clinical curative effect of Radiation therapy unite Cerebroma-soup in postoperative application of malignant glioma brain tumor.Methods:To choose accord with the standard set of60cases of glioma patients after operation,then randomly divided them into the treatment group and the control group. the control group will be gived radiation therapy and foundation treatment, radiation therapy begin after the third week from operation,use he whole brain irradiation and Local irradiation, Once a day from Monday to Friday, sum to42. The treatment group will be added Cerebroma-soup on the above treatment.Then observe the clinical comprehensive efficacy of two groups of patients, including tumor volume, traditional Chinese medicine symptom improvement situation, bone marrow inhibition condition,Radiotherapy adverse reaction and quality of life change before and after treatment. Application of SPSS16.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1) In reducing relapse metastasis advantage,the treatment group is better than the control group, but there is no statistical difference (P＞0.05);(2) symptom improvement situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is better than that of the control group (P<0.05);(3) Cartesian score improvement in treatment group were better than the control group (P＜0.05);(4) there is an advantage between the treatment group and the control group in reducing the adverse reaction, but there is no statistical difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Application of traditional Chinese medicine jointly radiotherapy treatment of glioma have an advantage in relieving clinical symptoms, improveing quality of life and reducing the adverse reaction.
