The rats were randomly divided into Model group,Ranitidine group,Invigorating Spleen group(A),Heating-clearing group(B),Eliminating Stasis group(C),Complex prescription group(D) and Normal controlgroup. The ulcer index(UI),regenerate mucosal thickness,lamina muscularismucosal width,capsular broaden glandular organ quantity,inflammatory celldensity were observed by HE,and the level of EGF,TNF-αand6-keto-PGF1α ofserum and gastric mucosa was detected by ELLISA. The expression of EGFR in themucosa around the ulcer was detected by SABC kit immunohistochemical method.The result: Compared with Model group,the regenerate mucosal thickness,lamina muscularis mucosae defect width,capsular broaden glandular organquantity,inflammatory cell density and UI in Invigoraing Spleen,Heat-clearing,Elimianting stasis and Complex prescription treating groups were differentsignificantly(P<0.01). And the effect of Complex prescription treating groupwas better than Ranitidine group in different degree(P<0.05,or P<0.01). Comparedwith Normal control group,the level of TNF-α of serum and gastric mucosa inModel group was increased in deferent degree (P<0.05,orP<0.01). Compared withModel group,the level of TNF-α of gastric mucosa in treating with InvigoratingSpleen group,Heating-clearing group,Eliminating Stasis drugs was decreasedsignificantly(P<0.01). Compared with Ranitidine group,treating withInvigorating Spleen group,Heating-clearing group,Eliminating Stasis drugs canincreased the levels of6-keto-PGF1α closed to the Normal group(P>0.05). Compared with Model group and Normal control group,the levels of EGF in serumand gastric mucosa in treating groups were increased significantly(P<0.01).Positive expression of EGFR around ulcerative tissues in treating groups werestrengthened obviously(P<0.05,or P<0.01),and the effect of Complex prescriptiongroup was the best(P<0.01).Conclusions:InvigoratingSpleen,Heat-clearing,EliminatingStasisDrugscan improve the QOUH by lessening inflammatory cell infiltrating,restraintinginflammatory cytokine releasing,improving the level of EGF and EGFR,promotegastric mucosa epithelial hyperplasia and tissue mucous renovation and improvinghistological maturation and functional maturation of regenerative mucosa in GUrats. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Invigorating Spleen, Heat-clearing, Eliminating Stasis Drugs, QOUH | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
