More Years Soup On The Menopausal Transition Model Rat E < Sub > 2 < / Sub >, Lh, Fsh, Gnrh Intervention Effect

Objective:To build the perimenopausal rat model to observe the impact of the climacteric Tang rat model of endocrine-related indicators explore the climacteric soup delay ovarian aging mechanism.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into menopause soup group,12of the10textbooks party group, model group, youth group, older group. Three groups of perimenopausal use of natural aging rat model, youth groups and older groups of normal young people, older model. Respectively to gavage Gengnian soup, teaching side and saline on the15th, at the last dose24hours after anesthesia, carotid artery blood5ml, dissected uterine, ovarian, observed serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and uterine, ovarian index.Results:Compared with model group, treatment group, E2in the control group were higher, the treatment group has a very significant difference (P<0.01);treatment group and control group can significantly reduce the serum LH concentration (P <0.01), group between a very significant difference (P<0.01); treatment group, control group, FSH content were significant with lower (<0.01) between the two groups compare no obvious significant difference (P>0.05); treatment group can significantly with lower serum GnRH content (P<0.01), between groups comparison there are very significant sex difference (P<0.01);treatment group, control group all make the ovary, uterus index increases, there are very significant with sex differences (P<0.01), comparison between the OVX group differences without significant difference (P>0.05) between the uterus group comparison significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The The climacteric soup can be significantly improved rat model of E2levels increase in rat ovary, uterus index, lower serum FSH, LH, GnRH level, so as to achieve slow down the role of ovarian failure.
