| Objective: This study intends to through observation of Danggui Buxue Decoction on clinical after artificial total hip joint replacement coagulation function of patients including prothrombin time(PT), fibrinogen(FIB), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and thrombin time(TT), to explore the mechanism of the compound treatment of artificial total hip arthroplasty after DVT.Methods: the inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected according to participate in research object 60, randomly allocated according to the principle of divided into two groups(test group and control group, each group 30, two groups of patients for sex, age were tested by no significant difference(P > 0.05), with comparability. Two groups of patients underwent preoperative routine examination. Preoperative combination test control group respectively by Danggui Buxue Decoction Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium and low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection only prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis formation; self admission application. Preoperative 12 h ceased to apply and postoperative 12 h, 24 h given subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin calcium, and after 1 day, postoperative medication 7-10 days, which in test group were treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction modified oral combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection. Analysis of all data using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:two groups were respectively in the preoperative and postoperative 1 day, 4 days, 7 days and 10 days, the five time points of prothrombin time(PT), fibrinogen(FIB), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and thrombin time(TT),records. And repeated data statistics. Was compared between the two groups(extended significantly prolong the extension was compared between the two groups after operation, the prothrombin time(PT) change trend, the test group was higher than that of the control group, there is significant difference(P < 0.05); fibrinogen(FIB) postoperative 1 day, 7 days, 10 days three time points test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05); activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) postoperative 1 day, 4 days, 7 days of two time points test group than in the control group(P < 0.05); plasma thrombin time(TT) postoperative 1 day a time point in experimental group than in the control group players(P > 0.05);. Two groups of patients were not found in the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT) and pulmonary embolism(PTE) and the ratio of death. two cases of preoperative postoperative routine examination were compared by statistical test. No significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Danggui Buxue Decoction by prolonged prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), decreased fibrinogen(FIB) of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty formation(DVT) have a certain preventive effect. |
