Acupuncture Pretreatment And With Different Hole On The Liver Spleen Deficiency Model Rat Experimental Research For The Prevention And Control Of Role

Purpose：1.Study of acupuncture preconditioning on rat model ofliver depression and spleen deficiency play a preventive effect, andto explore its mechanism；2.Study on different acupoints acupuncturepreconditioning liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome ratmodel whether the effect is different, and the search for the optimalcoordination of acupointsMaterial and method：50wistar rats were divided into5groups,which were normalcontrols, Model control group,taichong+sanyinjiao group, taichongsanyinjiao tianshu group, taichong sanyinjiao shangjuxu group.After7days’ acupuncture pretreatment on acupuncture groups,we usechronic stress method (unpredictable) to made the model for15days.Results：1. Normal control rats appearance behavior showed nosignificant abnormality. Compared with, model7d, normal model ratsthat exhibited active degree is abate, eating less, easy to wake up, texture soft stool; acupuncture preconditioning rats showed noobvious change. Model13D, normal model rats manifested as depression,apathy, fighting reduced, reduced diet, stool to rare jalf congealed,increased frequency of defecation, hair becomes dry. Yellow,activity gradually less, simple and even tired of lying; acupuncturepreconditioning rats showed no obvious change.2. Compared with thecontrol group, Model control group’s serum VIP, GAS down thecontent,the change had a statistical significance（P<0.05）；Comparedwith the acupuncture pretreatment groups, Model control group’sserum VIP, GAS down the content,the change had a statisticalsignificance（P<0.05）；Compared with the control group, acupuncturepretreatment groups’ serum VIP, GAS did not have a statisticalsignificance.3. Compared with the control group, Model control group’s colon AQ8up the content,the change had a statistical significance（P<0.05）；Compared with the acupuncture pretreatment groups, Model controlgroup’s colon AQ8up the content,the change had a statistical significance（P<0.05）；Compared with the control group, acupuncturepretreatment groups’ colon AQ8did not have a statisticalsignificance.Conclusion：1. Acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment can be usedas a more safe and effective means of preconditioning, can preventthe health status of the rat into liver stagnation and spleendeficiency type non healthy rats.2. Acupuncture and moxibustionpretreatment by acupuncture at Taichong, Sanyinjiao, Shangjuxu andTianshu point, regulation of serum GAS, VIP and AQ8expression in thecolon, effective in the prevention of liver stagnation and spleendeficiency generating.3. From the experimental point ofcomprehensive data, different acupuncture group between preventiveeffect of a smaller difference, did not show the kind of acupointsmethod superiority. This conclusion as the acupuncturepreconditioning method for prevention of liver stagnation and spleendeficiency of unhealthy state of clinical practice provides theexperimental basis.
