Clinical Study Of Invigorating Spleen And Invigorating Qi Massage Combined With Finches Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Diarrhea In Children

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of invigorating the spleen and invigorating qi in the treatment of spleen deficiency in children.to provide a more effective treatment for the clinical treatment of spleen deficiency in children.Methods:62 children with spleen deficiency and diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 children in each group.Treatment group using the spleen and replenishing qi massage method together with the sparrow pecking moxibustion treatment,control group treated with oral wenpi im solid dispersion,after a period of treatment,the two groups before and after treatment in children with symptoms and signs of integral change is analyzed,and the effect of two groups of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group and80.65% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);There was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups in total score of symptomatic signs;After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in anorexia and postprandial abdominal distension(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group with above symptoms and signs was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The method of invigorating spleen,invigorating qi and promoting qi,combined with fin-pecking moxibustion,is effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency,diarrhea and diarrhea in children.
